Alæc helps you prepare and structure information, but you remain responsible for the information you provide and how the result is used. Follow your organization’s confidentiality, validation, and approval rules.
Before entering a request
- Use only information you are authorized to process in Alæc.
- Remove passwords, access secrets, personal numbers, and unnecessary information.
- Choose a conversation mode and project appropriate to the content’s confidentiality level.
- Use fictional data for tests, training, and screenshots.
Before using a result
Check names, dates, amounts, units, calculations, and project references.
Open sources when available and compare the information with the original document.
Have technical, contractual, legal, or financial content validated by a qualified person.
Confirm the recipient and remove information that must not be shared.
Obtain required approvals before sending or publishing.
Use the minimum necessary
- Relevance
- Add only information needed for the stated objective; remove details that do not change the intended result.
- Authorization
- Confirm that you may use the information in Alæc and that people who will see the result are authorized to receive it.
- Anonymization
- Replace real identifiers with fictional examples when exact identity is not needed for the task.
- Useful lifetime
- Do not reuse old information without confirming that it remains accurate, authorized, and necessary.
Practical guidance
Check the destination context before adding material and the intended audience before sharing an answer. The conversation, attachments and generated artifacts can contain different kinds of sensitive information. Review each separately; removing a name from the visible response does not remove it from a source document or an attached image.
Advanced tips
For training examples, use consistent fictional replacements across names, addresses, project codes and screenshots. Inspect document properties and visible account indicators as well as the main text before distributing the example.
