A conversation cannot be found

  1. Open chat search.

  2. Try a distinctive word from the title or content instead of a complete sentence.

  3. Make sure you are using the correct account and that the conversation was not archived or deleted.

  4. If it is still missing, check your access rights with the person responsible for your environment.

A document does not appear

  1. Wait for processing to finish before submitting the request again.

  2. Open the notification inbox and check unread items.

  3. Compare the project name, document type, and creation time.

  4. Refresh the page if the status has not changed after a reasonable delay.

The response is incomplete or incorrect

  • Add missing information or constraints in the same conversation.
  • Request a specific correction and identify the item to review.
  • Use Retry response if you want a new formulation based on the same request.
  • If information is incorrect or a problem occurs with the request, select Bad response, then submit a comment that clearly describes the problem so it can be addressed quickly.
  • When appropriate, select Good response to record positive feedback; this does not replace verification.
  • Consult original sources before making an important decision.

Diagnose in the right order

  1. Record the page, action, approximate time, and expected result before changing anything.

  2. Verify the open account, organization, conversation, and project.

  3. Confirm network connectivity, then reload the page once when no important processing is underway.

  4. Reproduce the problem with the same steps without adding confidential data.

  5. Review the displayed status, notifications, and feature prerequisites.

  6. If the issue persists, prepare an anonymized report with the steps and exact error message.

Practical guidance

Diagnose one layer at a time: account and organization, selected context, visible filters, then the requested action and returned state. A missing item can be filtered or archived rather than deleted. For an incomplete answer, identify the missing fact or source explicitly; feedback alone does not revise the response.

Advanced tips

Change only one condition when reproducing a problem with a harmless example. Record whether the failure follows the account, project, file or action. Avoid repeated creation or generation commands until you have checked for a completed or partial result.
