1. Open the memory library from the project space.

  2. Search for a fact by project, sender, recipient, or visible content.

  3. Verify whether the fact came from a received or sent email and review its provenance information.

  4. Use Open email when the Outlook item is accessible.

  5. If the email cannot be opened, verify the project, your access, and the item’s presence in Outlook.

  6. Correct structured project data or report the fact through the approved mechanism; do not hide the discrepancy in a new request.

Practical guidance

Open project memory and search the available facts. Inspect provenance and, when offered, open the source email or document before deciding whether a fact is wrong or outdated. An empty or failed view is not proof that the project has no history, and the memory viewer does not offer universal direct editing of every fact.

Advanced tips

Correct authoritative source data through its owning workflow and document the disputed fact when requesting help. Include its date and source reference without copying unnecessary personal information. Searching the displayed facts is not a complete audit of every project email or document.
