Understand media library availability
Distinguish usable attachments from personal, organization, or project media libraries that are not yet exposed in your surface.

- Studio currently states that photo upload and media browsing will be connected later in professional data.
- An attachment added to a conversation or Outlook does not automatically become a reusable library asset.
- Some configured document workflows can accept attached images, but that does not make a general media library available.
- Formats, sizes, and usage rights must be checked before any upload or sharing.
Conversation images and reusable media are different
Where image generation is enabled, Studio can show generated images and an editor with version history. This does not mean that the professional-data media library is connected. Use the image guide to create and refine an illustration; use the project library for documents that need governed project access.
Advanced tips
- Keep the intended use and rights with the exported image in your document-management process. Do not infer sharing or ownership from its appearance in a conversation.
