Practical guidance

Distinguish connected workflows from preview settings. Conversation archive management in Studio is connected, while several security, application and global data controls remain previews. Ordinary workspaces use memory off; the selectable personal-project memory options should not be described as a universal workspace setting.

Advanced tips

When assessing a capability, verify the exact surface and action. Studio and the Office chat menus do not expose identical active controls, and native Word fidelity still requires inspection in Word even when a browser preview looks correct.
